Description

We will gather 24 emerging leaders for a two-year cohort with four residential weeks in Prague. Each participant is paired with an experienced mentor from another country. The programme covers character, team leadership, finances and preaching.

Problem

Many ministries in the region are led by one founder with no successor. Young leaders burn out without mentoring.

Solution

A cross-border cohort where leaders learn from mentors and from each other, building lasting friendships across the region.

Activities

Four residential weeks; monthly mentor calls; a ministry project per participant; a final retreat.

Target population

Ministry leaders aged 25–40 from Czechia, Slovakia, Poland and Hungary

Project leader

Ing. Helena Novotná
Executive Director

Former banker who has led the Archa Foundation since 2018 and coordinates mentors in six countries.
